About the .NZ Domain Registrar Change for Your Customers
Overview
As part of our ongoing brand consolidation, all .NZ domains currently managed by the registrar Freeparking Ltd (trading as Domain Agent) will soon be transferred to Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd (trading as Crazy Domains).
This change affects customers who currently hold .NZ domains under your reseller account.
As part of our legal obligations, a notification will be sent to your affected customers using your usual email sender ID— similar to how renewal notices are delivered.

You are receiving this notice because you are the registered owner of the domain:

We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change to your domain registrar. This change is purely administrative—no action is required from you, and your domains and services will continue to operate without any interruption.
What’s changing?
All .NZ domains currently managed by Freeparking Ltd (t/a Domain Agent) will soon be transferred to Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd (trading as Crazy Domains) as the new registrar.
After the update, Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd will appear as your registrar in the RDDS (Registration Data Directory Service), formerly known as the Whois record.
Please note there will be no changes to your:
- Existing domain services or settings
- Current domain terms and conditions
- Billing or platform services
When is this happening?
The transfer is scheduled to take place on 25th November 2025.
Why the change?
This consolidation to Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd enables us to enhance service reliability, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a more seamless experience.
What do I need to do?
No action is needed on your part. Your domain(s) will be transferred automatically to Crazy Domains, and all existing settings will remain unchanged. To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend avoiding any changes to your domain or DNS settings for 24 hours in advance of the migration day.
How do I opt-out?
If you prefer not to have your domain(s) transferred to Dreamscape Networks International Pte Ltd, you can choose another registrar by transferring your domain(s) at any time before the migration occurs, but we recommend at least 7 days before the migration date.
